Ingredients: Meat mince (Mutton/Lamb), chana daal, onion,garlic,ginger, salt, jeera, crushed chilli, cinnnamon, black cardamom, black peepper, fresh & whole corriander, green chilli, spices & herbs.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
simply remove all packaging and defrost lightly so they do not lose shape. whisk an egg and dip the kebab individually in whisked egg, pre heat cooking oil upto 170c and shallow fry till golden brown.
ALLERGY ADVICE:
this product was processed in a plant that also processes nuts and mustard.
STORAGE: store in freezer at -18°C or below. if thawed use the same day. do not refreeze once product has been defrosted.
