Ingredients: pastry (WHEAT flour, water & salt, SOYA), Mince meat, onions, peas, potatoes, salt, jeera, whole dhania, haldi, garlic, fresh mint, crushed chilli, ginger, green chilli, fresh coriander, garam masala, spices & herbs. NOTE:Capital & Bold Ingredients are Allergens.
As convenient as ever, Classic’s Samosas can be oven baked (once brushed with oil), or deep or shallow fried.
For best results:
Pre-heat cooking oil to 170?C and place Samosas into oil before frying for 8 – 10 minutes or until they get golden brown colour.
Alternatively, surface with oil and bake in the centre of a pre-heated oven on Gas Mark 7 (240?C) for 12 – 15 minutes, turning half way.
